So far one of the best breakfast and pupusas in the Los Angeles area.. fresh food authentic Salvadorean cuisine....yummy yummy

I never normally review restaurants, (it usually slips my mind), especially when it's a take out order. But wow! These Pupusas were delicious. I'm new to this side of town so i've been looking for a pupusaria that satisfies me and my family. By the end of our meal we were all sweating with joy lol. We ordered Beans n cheese, solo queso, and shrimp! All were a hit.

The pupusas were terrific. I was taken there by mi suegra, and the family loved it. The service was great. Loved the Salsa salvadoreña.

Great food and service! We ordered pupusas revueltas and beef pastelitos. They both were so good! Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend it.

The best Salvadoran spot in the valley Ben always takes care of me can't beat the quality and prices as well as the customer service, definitely recommend

Pupusas are on point. The garlic pupusas really hit the spot. The chicken soup also is a family favorite.

I am planning to serve pupusas for a group and tried one place then came here. I FOUND MY PLACE! We tried the spinach/cheese, cheese/loroco, bean/cheese, and just cheese. All were so DELICIOUS. So fresh and yummy. The owner and waiter were so HELPFUL and INFORMATIVE. I am definitely coming here for my group. Update: 5/14-- Last night my book group met to discuss the book Solito and we had the spinach/cheese and cheese/loroco pupusas, and the chicken salvador. Our whole group enjoyed the yummies! Thank you again

Got a takeout order scheduled through Yelp for dinner on a rainy night. Parking was tough in front of the place as there's only street parking so you may need to walk farther down. The lady staff opened the door for me and also kindly took care of me when the customer in front of me was dealing with the cashier. While I waited, I looked around and saw there were several people inside but there was still plentiful seating lined with long tables and chairs. The spot's ambiance is small yet cozy and lively, with warm lighting and a TV mounted up on one of the corners. I had ordered four pupusas revueltas which come with a mix of cheese, chicharron, and beans. They added good sized bags filled with curtido (pickled cabbage relish), kimchi, and tomato sauce with my order. As such, they were extremely yummy to pair the pupusas with and I was happy with the amount given. They were also quite large pupusas, with the span being similar to pancakes so I was happy about that! The only downside was that I asked for extra cheese (which was printed clearly on the receipt), yet the portion of cheese felt like it was the norm, if not maybe less. I had to dig to find the cheese and got good cheese pulls in only a few parts. It was mainly dough and beans rather than chicharron and cheese. I don't know if that's how pupusa ratio should be to be honest. But other than that, it was delicious and I found myself feeling satisfied with my meal. I didn't finish them all and I saved a couple pupusas for the next day!

This restaurant is definitely doing better. They're still making the pupusas con loroco too thick (too much maza), but they've improved. They forgot to include my plátanos on two occasions, but made up for one of those times during my last order. I appreciate them taking ownership of their mistakes and offering to make up for it. The food is still overpriced for Salvadorean food, but let's be real...everything is overpriced these days. At least it tends to be worth it 8/10 times. The desayunos con huevo con vegetales y plátanos y queso, and the pupusas de frijol con queso and queso con loroco are definitely my fav.
